Red Wings Takes Day Off; Gretzky Shares Perspectives
With a team that is flying high right now in the Detroit Red Wings, there is nothing left to practice for and nothing left to tweak. Two of their best players are out of the lineup due to injury (Zetterberg with back spasms and Holmstrom with a deep knee bruise; Kirk Malby is also out with a back injury), two young players emerge to showcase their talent, and they have the best record of the NHL.
Therefore, the Red Wings took a day off yesterday to relax. I wonder how their golf games were?
The upcoming “Winter Classic” between the Buffalo Sabres and the Pittsburgh Penguins will take place January 1st. Everybody seems stressed .
Wayne Gretzky shared his thoughts regarding the Winter Classic as well as other topics.
I haven’t seen him this relaxed before in front of television cameras. I’d bet many of us wished we could hang out with him for just a minute listening to him talk about hockey.

Tomorrow at 04:00 am every Coyotes fan in Finland will be watching how Coyotes will kick some Red wing ass… or that´s what I hope for. In December I´ve seen Coyotes games almost every weekend and that´s just great. Hopefully Yotes can end their losing streak tonight! Doan will score a hat trick
